After you log in and create your first character, press the 'Cash Item' button located at the bottom-center of your screen. On this new window, press the 'Bank' button on the bottom-left of this screen. In here, you will find all of your free items as a reward for the event.Alternatively, you can enter the game and hit the 'Esc' key or the 'System Menu' button located on the bottom-right area of your screen. On this menu, press the 'Bank' button to also be taken to your bank where your items should be.
