1:1 Inquiry Delay

The date of delay may occur at 24th ~ 26th December, and 31st December ~ 2nd January 2010(2 weeks).

As the company is having annual closure businesses, customer service lacks of work in hand.

1. The 1:1 inquiry submitted during 24th December through 26th December, may be answered after 27th December (PST)

2. The 1:1 inquiry submitted during 31st December through 2nd January 2010 , may be answered after 3rd January 2010 (PST)
